As a Florida Notary Public, Judy is legally recognized to perform wedding ceremonies throughout the State of Florida. Based
in Oldsmar, Florida (centrally located between Pinellas County beaches and Tampa), Judy officiates wedding ceremonies at local
beaches, parks, botanical gardens, historic landmarks, hotels, spas and resorts. "Interacting with people and providing
wedding couples with an array of ceremonies (religious, traditional and general), vows, readings and specialty ceremonies,
such as Unity Candle, Sand and Rose ceremonies and others, is my main thrust," says Judy. "I have a compassion
for weddings and make each one personal so it is beautiful and memorable."
Weddings can be customized by selecting certain desired phrases from one ceremony and incorporating it into another.
Judy will assist writing and creating the couple's own words and vows if desired.
As Officiant, Judy will choreograph the ceremony, will host and conduct the rehearsal, upon request. A ceremony time
line is also prepared which outlines the ceremony process and roles each of the wedding party members play.
As a bonus, the wedding couple receives a decorative, notarized wedding certificate (unrelated to the legal document which
is very unattractive) along with the printed version of the wedding ceremony. Both are suitable for displaying or framing.
She also assumes the responsibility of seeing to it the notarized marriage license/certificate is received by the Circuit
Court for proper filing and legalization.
Fees start at $175 and will be determined by the distance to the ceremony site. Should you desire her assistance with
the rehearsal, fees start $50 and will be determined by the distance to the ceremony site.
